Product Lighting

It's funny with all the models I have encountered in my photography career, my favorite of all is the one that is always on time, well prepared, already dressed to impress, and doesn't need a lot to get themselves together. You got it my favorite model is inanimate objects! This is probably the most interesting and exciting photography to do. "In Studio Product Lighting." If you have had a lighting class or had any training with studio equipment, you know there is much more to lighting that meets the eye. It does take preparation on the photographers part. Coming up with a concept is the first step. Next having the lighting that you desire in a visual form or and idea that has probably been used won't hurt for our first timers. Select a sample of lighting from a magazine ad or article. Then follow through with an appropriate subject. Perfume bottles, Jewelry, Watches, Shoes, Hand Bags or my personal favorite, TOYS!!! Keep in mind colors, location of light and how to enhance colors that already exist on the product. The use of Color Gels are very effective for a successful execution of your product. Be accurate and sure about positioning. We'll thats all for now, so take a look at what I have done.

Thanks for stopping by.
