MARLON RICHARDSON PHOTOGRAPHY

I had the pleasure of working with Marlon Richardson, a gifted High - Fashion and Wedding Photographer on a collaboration Test Shoot Outing. This particular shoot was just that, not a whole lot thought into it, but enough to make it an adventure. The model was the beautiful and excellent to work with Christina Grey. Marlon has been shooting for 8 years professionally. His interest in photography began at a young age from observing his father shooting and ever since than he has just been addicted to shooting. Marlon is proficient with 35 mm film cameras, Medium Format, Various Professional Digital SLR's, but his Digital Weapon of choice is the Sony A Series. Marlon is a very creative and inspired photographer. He says that when putting together the locations to shoot he is inspired by the architecture of buildings in the area and how the light reflects and hits multiple surfaces. If you look at his work you notice those details with in his shots by the series of images he presents. Although Marlon loves the advantages of digital photography, he loves 120/120 film. In particular Fuji Color Negative film because of how it renders skin tones. Photography has made him a more well rounded artists in other mediums. Marlon not only shoots, but is a layout interactive designer. When he is is designing he is usually creating graphic user interfaces for new applications and products. Marlon is what you would call a Web-Designing-Tech-Guru! I like the term NERD only because when he gets into it his mind is going 100 miles per hour and the outcome is amazing. Like Marlon would say " I specialize in creating compelling imagery that shows the beauty in humanity through thought provoking and striking portraits".
